The location near the center, beautiful lake view, spacious room, delicious breakfast, amazing spa area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

A very nice reception team, super fast check in/out. Problem-free room change with permanent lighting in the bathroom. Very nice, bright rooms, a spacious bathroom unfortunately only with shower, but with a hairdryer that actually does dry hair. The breakfast was okay, but not extraordinary. The team in the wellness area deserves a big plus point, very friendly and even at short notice there were appointments to be made. For sauna fans there is a good choice, also the different experience showers and a salt grotto invite to relax.

The prices in the restaurant unfortunately do not fit into our budget, but there are good and affordable restaurants nearby. The acoustics in the pool area were very disturbing, due to the waterfall, whirlpool and counter-current system, it permanently hums and drones. Very disturbing is the ashtray in the fresh air area of the sauna and the unloving board crate, there is a need for improvement.

The service in the spa area was unfortunately bad. There was no employee at the bar, with the telephone one should reach somebody in the hotel bar, but nobody answered. Sometime, somebody came, took a long time for the drinks and was surprised that a straw belongs into a cocktail, unfortunately also borderline polite. When we were locked in the exit between the door and the turnstile and the employee preferred to go home instead of making sure that all guests were safely out the mood was at rock bottom. The intercom system for the emergency was also not working or not occupied? The only positive thing in the evening was a very friendly receptionist who promised to discuss the case in person. We don't blame the hotel for the case. there can be unmotivated personnel everywhere, we are sure that something like this will not happen again.

This place is located right at the lake, providing a stunning view from the rooms and the restaurant. The service here is top-notch, with room service, laundry facilities, and a shuttle service available. The room amenities are excellent, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace. I particularly enjoyed the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the flat-screen TV. The spa facilities are fantastic, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. The sun terrace and heated swimming pool in the garden area are perfect for relaxation. The staff here are friendly and always willing to assist.

I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Friendliness of staff, morning breakfast buffet and restaurant facilities.

In my room I could connect to the internet provider telekom, but after I paid 19€ the connection was very bad and slow. I thought I will go to the lobby to reconnect there, but the internet provider over there was Swisscom and I did not feel like paying again. So, the internet availability should only be 1 provider for 1 hotel, and at least accessible in a decent way after it is paid. It is the responsibility of the hotel to take care that the internet providers deliver the quality they promise before you pay!

The spa facility, with its indoor pool, sauna and Jacuzzi, was very nice and the breakfast was great.

The location is great, close to a beautiful lake and surrounded by nature. The hotel had a nice decoration for Christmas and offered a festive atmosphere. The spa facilities were also good, with various options for relaxation.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. The bathroom had mold and the carpet was stained.

The sight on the lake is lovely and relaxing.

The stuff hardly talk English. Dinner was poor, expensive and tremendously slow service. Internet cost 24h is € 70 and I never heard such a thing before. 10 € was for one hour. Breakfast very poor and simple, with no warm food. To go to rooms from receptions you pass by restaurant and the meeting room. Leonardo bar, next to reception, is very small and expensive. Avoid coffee at any cost.

I loved staying at this hotel; it was situated in a quiet and beautiful location close to the lake, which offered various outdoor activities. The hotel facilities were spotless and provided some great options for relaxation. The staff were service-minded and helped me in every way possible. My breakfast experience was delightful due to the wide selection of fresh foods.

This is my favorite hotel in Germany. I have visited the place at least 15 times. The spa area is magnificent, with extraordinary saunas in glass with lake views, the aroma-bath is beautiful after a swim in the pool, the jacuzzi is nice to relax in, and there is a bar for a drink during the relax at the panorama setting over the lake in front of the hotel, with very kind staff always smiling and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated in a beautiful and elegant way that I have not seen elsewhere in Germany. Sophisticated golden details.

The pool is a little to cold to swim in for more than a few minutes. I would warm it up. Most people do not use it, but relax at the sunbeds instead. I think the heating would help. Breakfast is great, but not included in the price.
